Kim Castrillon is an online entrepreneur. That is to put it mildly; most people are sure that she is a fraud. There is hardly anything good said about her, at least not anywhere on the Internet. She is said to have personally defrauded several people pf thousands of dollars through her businesses. She runs or is associated with four different businesses on the Internet. The businesses include The Cash Solution, Online Success Inc, WebSuv, and Kim Castrillon. Each of these is a fraud.
Many people believe that all these businesses are the same only with different names. Kim Castrillon is said to have changed the name of her business to avid being caught. All these are Gifting Clubs. Though personal gifting between two individuals is not an illegal activity these clubs are nothing but illegal. The law in and allows gifting of up to $11,000 a year to any individual without any tax liability. Gifting Clubs claim that they are setting up a gifting network. There is no marketing of products in these networks.
People only gift money to get gifts themselves. As most of these clubs propound the ‘as you sow, so you reap’ idea, they seem religious. Churches and many charities also practice such gifting but in their case, you are more likely to get gifts than you are through these online clubs. The clubs are pyramidal networks that require an ever-increasing number of members to survive. Many people gift money. However, the money does not go to needy individuals or fellow gift seekers but rather into the hands of frauds like Kim Castrillon.
The gift clubs Kim Castrillon runs are illegal and anyone indulging in them can become personally liable for prosecution by Federal and state agencies. Besides, you are bound to lose all your money and not get even a small gift in return. These clubs are universally fraudulent and it is best to stay away from them.
