“I attended the Jay Abraham Experience (workshop) in January. The fee is $5,000. For this you get his book Marketing Genius At Work, ($495), two other large books, 20 hours of tapes from a prior workshop, 12 hours of introduction tapes, your attendance at his three day intensive live workshop (7 am till 9 pm), a complete 33 hours of audio tape of the whole event and another pile of books.

You are flooded, totally immersed in his teachings.

In a nutshell, Jay Abraham distills 20 years of experience in mostly direct marketing and consulting. I began with his material 3 years ago, and get some sort of refresher every 6 months. When you're done, you say, "this is common sense!" But then why don't people do it right on their own.

He now has a newsletter, which is being promoted by direct mail. It doesn’t however; seem to have the punch or clarity of these tapes, books or live sessions.

As you can tell, I am a firm believer. I am a sales manager of an electronics manufacturer and publish a financial newsletter. His material is priced on content value not cost. His Aussie tapes cost $1,800 and I will not part with them. I listened to the 84 hours three times and took 40 pages of notes.

The above example is permeated throughout the world with praise for this marketing genius. It is quite amazing that any one person can have such dramatic pull and clearly provide value for the very expensive courses. But is it really expensive considering the value? You be the judge.

Clearly, Jay Abraham is the most successful marketer out there. From what I hear he has sold more products and influenced more businesses than any other marketer. If you can afford the hefty price and want to see him in person then the price may be beneficial to you. When Jay speaks you can obviously tell he loves what he does. When he talks, you know he's talking from experience.

Again his prices are steep, some of his reading material sells for over $5,000, but if it helps you make $10,000 or $20,000 more a year it's greatly justified. Some people have even paid Jay Abraham $5,000 to talk with him privately for an hour, and some even pay $25,000 to attend a 5 day seminar. There is a cheaper way to get your hands on one of Jay's courses. You can check on e-bay and probably pick up a course for 1/10 of the original amount.

One of the remarkable facts about Jay is that his marketing techniques can be adapted to a variety of different businesses. Many of his concepts even work on the Internet, which is good news for you, the Internet marketer.

I highly recommend Jay Abraham. Get your hand on as much of his material as you can and apply those techniques to your own business. Buying it second hand is the best way.
