He motivates people on how to achieve success at their workplace or any other place where they want to be at top. He has authored many books such as The Psychology of Winning, Seeds of Greatness, the Winner's Edge, Being the Best and the Joy of Working, Empires of the Mind.
Dennis Waitley has motivated many leaders of today from Olympic gold medalists, Fortune 500 top executives, Apollo astronauts, returning POWs, boardrooms of top multinational corporations, head of states, Super Bowl champions, to students of different ages and cultures. He has also sold around 10 million audiotapes in different parts of the world in different languages. His motivation books are widely recognized in .
Dennis Waitley has many laurels under his belt. He has served as the founding director on Self-Esteem and the President's Council on Vocational Education. His audio album, "The Psychology of Winning," is also very successful.
