Ann McCommas is the founder and director of AIM (Attitude, Insight & Motivation) Motivational Seminars and Retreats, which provide training and coaching programs for youths and adults that are uniquely designed according to the needs of every Native American Indian Organization.
Ann McCommas has authored “A Busy Woman’s Guide to Empowering Time, Mind, Body and Spirit”. She is the founder of AIM Seminars and has been conducting them for more than 22 years. Ann McCommas has been facilitating various women's retreats and seminars for community building all over the US and specifically in Arizona, California, and Hawaii.
Before establishing AIM Motivational Seminars in 1980, Ann McCommas managed four branch offices of Kelly Health Care. She utilized this experience to lead workshops addressing change and stress.
Ann McCommas is so fascinated by ancient healing methods that she has been conducting her workshop and seminars in sacred places of Hawaii. In these seminars, you get a chance to know about culture, food, art and craft, and natural medicines of Hawaiian island.
Ann McCommas, after her infant daughter and husband’s death, began her healing journey when she was in her early 20’s. Now she is on the way to include more work with ancient teachings and paintings in her programs. As she has found that, ancient healing techniques help you to release your pain by controlling your stress and change.
