Tony Robbins was born on 29 February 1960 at Glendora, California. Robbins has vast experience in psychology of negotiations, leadership, peak performance, and organizational turnaround. He has been an adviser to many important world leaders for more than quarter century. He has received praise and appreciation for his intellectual strategies and charitable endeavors. He does a lot of charity work like his basket brigade, which feeds the poor and homeless. 

Tony Robbins is a motivational speaker. He is the man behind neuroassociative conditioning, based on neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). He conducts many seminars and uses psychological techniques to motivate his attendees. A renowned example is when participants of a seminar walked on hot coals with bare feet. He is a good writer. His important works include Awaken the Giant Within and Unlimited Power. His tape programs are Personal Power II, Lessons in Mastery, and Get the Edge.

Tony Robbins concentrates on specific physiological factors to achieve a necessary emotional state and then make the new emotional and physical get up the necessary one. He tries to shed off old behavioral patterns and establishes specific goals in life. Thereafter, he instills drive and zeal to work towards achievement of those goals.
