The company The Lampo Group Inc is branched into three operations by him—the Broadcast Division, the Financial Peace University Division, and the H.O.P.E. (or product and Live Events) Division. He has over hundred employees working under him. Unlike debt elimination strategy, he advocated snowball effect that says to mitigate your smallest amount first. He opposes the use of credit cards too. He has appeared often on many TV and radio programs like CNN, the Neil Cavuto program, FOX News live, The Today Show and National Public Radio (NPR), etc.
