Wayne Phillips is the widely acclaimed writer of the book, Government Loans: The Road to Real Estate Wealth. He discusses easy steps to get government loans to finance one’s real estate purchases. He has done in-depth research in this field and discovered loopholes in the federal government’s housing policies.

According to his study, there are several loans given by the government to the poor, destitute and minorities. However, there is very little awareness about these schemes among the target group. In fact, these schemes benefit the already rich who accumulate more property and increase their wealth by dubious but legal means.

The book explains these schemes in detail. It gives the names and addresses of government agencies that provide low interest loans with little or no down payment. It illustrates the success stories of several people who benefited from these loans. These are the only useful sections of this book.

Wayne Phillips has a lot of experience in real estate management and trade. He makes advertorials detailing various ways to make money through real estate dealings. However, he does not explain the details involved in this procedure and therefore is guilty of misguiding several innocent members of the public.

Wayne Phillips’s credentials are themselves suspicious. He simplifies the loan procedure in his book. He faces several charges of defrauding investors by making tall claims and may land up in prison for nonpayment of fines levied by several state governments against him.

Wayne Phillips has made a good discovery with a huge potential for the dispossessed that have no access to proper housing. In fact, he should take steps to remedy his ways and instead guide the actually needy people about the host of housing resources available from the government. This move will greatly benefit the people who need this information the maximum and Wayne Phillips will get a new chance at a better life.
