Tyler Gregory Hicks gives some excellent money-spinning techniques to investors. For the forty years, he is giving advice on how to build up your wealth through real estate, franchising, grants and government money, mail order, home-based businesses and borrowing.  In his original book - How to Make Big Money in Real Estate he gave a few tips on how to collect one million dollars but soon that sum start seeming small to this man and he came back with the new formula of zero-cash approach, mortgaging out, how to buy foreclosures, different types of real estate properties, and alternative financing options.

Gregory G. Hicks also owns seminar business and has many other books, kits, and newsletters. Keeping in view the regulations and present trends, he gives contemporary techniques on how to get rich through the real estate business. The book has vital information like case studies, easy checklists, supportive tables and charts. He gives his readers a plan about how to go-ahead without cash, do rightful negotiations, bidding on foreclosures, ways to keep your taxes low, offbeat financing and finally signing on profitable deals.

However, there are downsides to Gregory G. Hicks’ book that is much hyped and does not have substantial information with it. The sentences like - you do not need cash to get rich, give up your eight hours job to earn big profits in real estate business are repeated again and again without any supportive statements on how to do it. The book is more of an infomercial and is presented in a flashy style. It does not give much knowledge to its readers and the testimonials included are insincere.  It seems as an advertisement about his experience in the field.
