Tony Pico has immense experience in dealing in real estate companies. Tony has had experience in all aspects of real estate. He has written many real estate courses and has been a lecturer in many colleges and universities.
Tony has been instrumental in negotiating and counseling many real estate acquisitions and dealings running into several millions of dollars. These dealings have been either for himself or for his clients. Tony Pico conducts regular seminars.
However, Tony Pico’s seminars lack basic business ethics. Tony openly declares various tricks to cheat others in real estate dealings through his seminars. He asks you to represent yourself as the vice president of your business or concern when a mortgage lender comes to confirm your employment.
Nevertheless, in all his seminars, Tony Pico stresses that his advices are wrong and not according to any ethics. Tony then says that some of his students adhere to such practices and are making huge gains in real estate.
Tony Pico has co-authored a book with Albert J. Lowry. This book stresses on the ways and means of augmenting your income and making millions in a day. Although the book has been on New York Times Best Sellers list for three consecutive years with many rave reviews, yet it is not impressive. It is very confusing and difficult to read or comprehend. In all, it is best to stay away from Tony Pico.
