His articles are popular and are published all across the nation in major journals and magazines.  The articles are written keeping in mind the understanding levels of average investor and gives prolific real estate tips in his monthly articles. He claims to give you a steady income from Tax Certificates that flow smoothly from the local government.

Ted Thomas guarantees you to return the money-back in case you do not like the course, within the period of ninety days. One of his Audio and Video Home Study Course, Serious Money, is popular for the Tax Lien Certificate industry.
