Robyn Thompson has transformed retailing into a scientific proposition. All her techniques for reducing rehabbing time, attracting good credit buyers, minimizing costs, and speed up closing processes and costs are principle based. All these steps are together responsible for phenomenal success of Robyn’s investment company.

Robyn Thompson offers her course at different boot camps and seminars, which are mostly on the expensive side. Robyn is an expert in her field and knows her topic well. She details your approaches and handling of different contractor and buyer issues after the rehab. Robyn normally organizes her bootcamps for five days. Although her teaching extends for only two to two and half days, she brings along many more speakers to cover up the left over period. Most of Robyn’s other speakers are equally adept at their topics and you can clear all your doubts on real estate investing. Sometimes some other speakers offer only sales pitches.

Robyn Thompson also put an offer of returning entire bootcamp costs to the first three or five people signing for the camp, if they complete a deal within six months of attending her bootcamp. She does stick to her word and you can get back your money if you are able to settle a deal successfully.

However, everything is not fine is Robyn Thompson’s camp. Many attendees complain of overcrowding and lack of personal attention at her camps. Her presentation techniques need better organization as they lack slides and are not systematic. Besides, Robyn’s moody character also affects her presentation. It is difficult to understand different advanced real estate investing terms in common use at Robyn’s seminars.
