He offers his expertise as a package as well as through personal mentoring programs, with his trained personal coaches.

The mentoring program is well worth the investment. It consists of a rigorous telephone interview wherein the potential of the investor for the program is tested. This screening process is good, since it prevents inefficient people from enrolling for the course. Next, the mentors discuss the basics of real estate investment through a series of phone conversations. Then they guide the investor stepwise through deals. They talk to the prospective buyers or sellers during the deal. They warn against making bad deals, also teach one to prospect, and finally buy a good property instantly. The mentors are thorough in their knowledge and their experience is helpful for a first time investor. Nevertheless, the investor needs to be committed to learning and prepared to pay the hefty fees for the program. The learning from the program is good because of the practical experience gained.

Some people who signed up for Robert Shemin’s course are unhappy with the content provided. They feel that it is nothing but old information material, which has been repackaged attractively. They feel that Robert Shemin has oversimplified flipping techniques and lease options. No new strategies are taught for prospecting potential sellers. However, for serious investors, the mentoring program is good value for money.
