Located in Blacksburg Virginia, the firm today owns an impressive and diversified portfolio of commercial investment properties.
It holds assets in a hotel, a mobile home park, apartment buildings, a shopping center and two bowling alleys. The company is in a major expansion mode, and intends to acquire and develop property in southeastern states.
Ray Alcorn is the well-known author of the home study courses -"The Deal Makers Guide to Mobile Home Parks” and “The Dealmakers Guide to Commercial Real Estate”.
Ray Alcorn shares his valuable experiences in the real estate sector in these courses. The books provide realistic, practical knowledge and insights. Ray Alcorn has a record of having achieved a $50 million sale in commercial real estate deals in the last five years alone.
