Nationwide Real Estate Discounters is an organization that runs a real estate program dedicated to finding rundown and mortgaged properties. They sell a course for about six hundred dollars, designed mostly for novices in the real estate property management.

The novices join as associates and receive exhaustive training material covering the legal and contractual aspects of run down properties. The associates have to find such land, assess their worth as per the training received and convey the same to the Nationwide Real Estate Discounters. This entitles them to a good commission if the organization selects the property. 

However, the organization does not have a good customer service. There is no one to answer the queries of associates. Dissatisfied associates complain that the organization does not refund the membership fees and keeps giving reasons for not doing so.

Real estate management and development requires a good understanding of the legal terms regarding property titles, lease terms and other dealings with lawyers, brokers and banks. The course does not explain all these terms in detail; neither does it detail the proper procedures for acquisition, sale and purchase of properties. This leaves the associates confused and grappling for information.

The organization aims to increase interaction between associated through a full day conference. The purpose of this conference is to exchange information among associates so that they get new business leads. However, since most of them are greenhorns, it is just a waste of time and money. Instead, the organization should get experts to guide the associates and explain a few deals to them with the help of real life examples. This is more helpful in gaining a practical insight into the field of real estate management. 

Nationwide Real Estate Discounters is a good step in the right direction, but it needs to look into the complaints of its members. First, it needs to improve the quality of its customer service by providing a toll-free number for its associates. Second, it needs to revise its manuals so that they give comprehensive and details to the associates. By implementing these changes, Nationwide Real Estate Discounters has a chance to become the best consultant in the real estate management.
