Milt Tanzer, a Realtor and Real estate broker since 1969, owned a large real estate office for many years. Earning designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) of the National Association of Realtors in 1973, he started the company “Milt Tanzer Corporation” in 1975.

The first program of this company was "Real Estate Investments and How to Make Them". It was offered nationwide through seminars and a twelve-hour audiotaped version of a live seminar.  The program was launched on the Internet in 1996 at investmentre.com. Milt has five books to his credit on real estate, published for Prentice Hall Division of Penguin/Putnam Corporation. The 352 pages "Real Estate Investments and How to Make Them" published on Feb 1, 1997, with retail price US$25.00, is a collection of ‘must know’ facts about the real estate.

Real estate is not a game that will make you win always. It is a game of gain and loss, the result depending on your luck and skill. You need a guide here- to help you and guide you with his experiences. Milt, with his books, works as that guide.

These books coupled with several useful software programs helps the reader gain all necessary knowledge. His infomercials aired on TV stations nationwide are different from the common fake promise making companies.

The outstanding programs made for brokers by Milt guide them through finding and converting FSBOs into exclusive listings. This Knox college graduate with a bachelor's degree in business administration, presents everything that a reader must know about real estate investing. He covers the topics like finding, analyzing, financing, buying, managing, and selling properties.

The additional programs also include topics like "Buying Real Estate with Little or No Money Down", "Advanced real estate investment techniques", Real Estate office management, Real estate newsletters, flyers brochures, etc. 

So, if you are looking for some useful information, go through the books written by Milt and look through his concepts. It will certainly prove beneficial.
