The book is illustrated with examples of real deals made by Lonnie Scruggs. However, one has to be wary of the people living in mobile homes. Second, he has explained a ways to lower the cost of a mobile home, which is deceitful. The only drawback with this line of trade is that soon, the trade secrets become known among many people and the field no longer remains profitable.

Lonnie Scruggs has a down to earth approach. He makes no great claims about being a grandmaster. This is what makes his books so well liked. His unassuming style makes the books informative and interesting to read.
