Lance Young has been in the real estate business since 1987. He specializes in the purchase and sale of preforeclosure, probate and bank repossessed houses.

He has been successful in these dealings and has made excellent profits. He shares his knowledge under four courses, which are acclaimed and popular. His website sells all four books as a package deal for less than hundred dollars. The first book published in 1996 is titled How to Buy Preforeclosure Houses for Big Profits. Subsequently he wrote three more books - How To Make Big Money With Probate Houses, How To Buy Bank Repossessed Houses for Big Profits, and How to Make Big Money at Foreclosure Auctions.

The book details a stepwise approach in an easy-to-comprehend manner. The technique involves scouting around for foreclosure and probate houses. It just needs an investment of ten dollars and a few hours a day, on part of the investor.  Lance Young has included sample letters, which can be mailed to the owners of such houses. He details real estate contracts and explains them. He highlights ways to weed out bad deals from the good ones. He gives surefire tips to find prospective owners ready to take possession of such houses immediately. He shares tested techniques to determine the profitability of a property and the exact profit to be made on it.

Lance Young paints a happy picture in which both the homeowner and the buyer seem to benefit. However, it is more a case of profiteering from someone’s misery. Therefore, success in this business can only be achieved by being stone hearted and focused on the task. The bottom line is that Lance Young has shared his time-tested and proven methods in his books, based on his own experiences. The biggest advantage of his courses is that they are grounded in reality.  The courses are recommended as a worthy investment for the neophyte.
