Kevin C Myers is the president of “Street Smart Real Estate, Inc” a multi business firm, based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. His organization specializes in real estate appraisal, rehab projects, private mortgage lending and real estate education.
A former military officer with the U.S. Coast Guard, Kevin C Myers loves riding his Harley-Davidson bike. He is an avid fine art collector. He has an MBA degree and often teaches real estate entrepreneurship appraisal courses and rehab techniques at seminars.
An associate member of the Appraisal Institute, Kevin C Myers has rehabbed several investment properties, mainly single-family homes, during his 25-year-plus real estate career. Myers book "Buy It, Fix It, Sell It, Profit” was nominated as the top real estate book in 1998 on Amazon.com.
