John Stefanchik is a real estate guru. He has written several books. He also sells several programs. He wrote a book titled Wealth without Boundaries and another titled The Stefanchik Method: Earn $10,000 a Month for the Rest of Your Life-In Your Spare Time. The second book markets a technique on the real estate investing in paper. Most people who have read Stefanchik’s books say his material is good. He is supposed to give sensible and workable real estate advice especially around making quick money.

Despite good teachings, John Stefanchik landed in some trouble with the authorities. He is said to have started a company called Stefanchik Organization to market his products. John Stefanchik conducted some very high priced seminars and he needed marketing for these. It is reported that each seat to these seminars cost $7,000-$9,000. That is obviously much too steep for any seminar. Not surprisingly, the Better Business Bureau in Salt Lake City gave an unsatisfactory rating to John Stefanchik’s company.

Apart from this company, John Stefanchik also marketed his products and seminars through Beringer Corporation, with the help of Atlas Marketing, Inc. Not long after in 2005, The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) obtained a court injunction against these companies and John Stefanchik from claiming to teach customers to make big money by trading in mortgage paper. The injunction was a deathblow to John Stefanchik’s business.

John Stefanchik is now more famous for the injunction and his high priced courses than the wisdom he has to share. His courses Financial Mastery and Business Coaching cost between $1,500 and $3,000. That is much too high in a market where real estate info is available free or at nominal rates like $50 or $100. People who have read his book Wealth without Boundaries are satisfied with its content but are sure the book should cost no more than $20 in the market.
