John Schaub’s most popular programs include - Building Wealth One House at a Time, Buying Properties from Owners and Lenders in Distress, and Investing In Paper Safely Buying Discounted Notes. Of these programs, the first program, Building Wealth One House at a Time tells you about buying houses in good neighborhoods. It is a nine-step program, which includes key features like renting out to long-term tenants, avoiding temptation of grand deals, and ways to become debt-free within 10 years.

John Schaub’s other program Buying Properties from Owners and Lenders in Distress focuses on making deals with low money-down and high profits. The program tells you about finding distressed owners, making proposals to them, and structuring your offer. This program costs a handsome $149 but many people thing it is more than worth the money.
