John Polk is a name in news but not for good reasons. He was on a TV channel to sell his system on direct marketing but it was soon realized that it had nothing to do even remotely with direct marketing and was otherwise dependent on network marketing. He had also sold distressed property systems and has a bleak past. He has been charged with fraud and cheating his customers since the days, he was doing business in distressed business.

John Polk is a persuasive marketer and he is a kind of person who often ends in making people buy the most unwanted systems by them. He is an expert in words and gives the feeling if you do not seek his help you will just tumble down. The cost to get his business 2Xtreme Performance International is only $10. Once you fall trap to one of his products he is ready with another. Like if you are really looking, forward to make money he will persuade you for Fast Star Package for $500. There is also his “Business in a Box" for $700 onwards. In this, you need to send mails, take orders, take stamps and write addresses on envelopes.

One of the major downsides of John Polk is he has deceived his customers. He sold his system in the name of direct marketing when it was on network marketing. Many people are reluctant with network marketing concept and therefore he misrepresented it. He has been on federal charges with other names for defrauding 17,000 customers of $20,000,000 in another business Peak Performance Institute.

Therefore, it is not reliable to learn from John Polk system whose only motive is to make money for him. He has been charged of fraud and deception often. He had given wrong advices only. There are other prominent authors in Direct Marketing and one can learn a lot from them than John Polk.
