With fire in his belly and an uncompromising stand to succeed, Jimmy Napier threw out a steady job to turn entrepreneur. He started in 1971 by selling rural properties. He attended classes and various seminars to learn all he could about real estate. Finally ready, he took the plunge and in 1973 set up his own real estate brokerage firm

Jimmy Napier has come a long way since then. He has now authored books and CDs on real estate investment including "Invest in Debt", "70 Cash Flow and Wealth Building Ideas", "Basic Paper Course" and "The Power of Negotiating". He publishes a monthly newsletter "The Money Maker Report". He delivers lectures at seminars like Real Estate All Stars Conference and coaches at live courses.

Jimmy Napier formulated the “Napier Method” which traces a feasible and effective technique. Jimmy was certain by adhering to his method; almost anyone with the requisite intellect and desire to achieve could be successful.

Jimmy Napier’s eloquent and yet easy to understand talks have garnered him a sizable fan following. Word got around of his success and resultant affluence and other real estate professionals networked with him to seek his opinions. He became popular and much in demand.

His business flourished and was designated “Exchangor of the Year” for the state of Florida. In 1982, Jimmy Napier was named “Outstanding Educator in Creative Real Estate” at the annual Creative Real Estate Expo. In addition, “Creative Real Estate Magazine”, nominated him as the best in the field.

Jimmy Napier is grateful for all the honors bestowed on him and feels that it is the highest compliment to him. He won many accolades, so much so that his admirers call him “the father of the private mortgage investment industry".

However, there is some dissent to that. Some accuse Jimmy Napier of covering and reiterating the oft-repeated elementals of real estate. His courses are fundamental in nature and do not require much expertise. Jimmy Napier manages to pull off primarily because of his great showmanship.
