His high popularity has earned him the title of ‘Mr. Preforeclosure’. Jeff Kaller has learned many niches of real estate through his own mistakes. He initially started by buying many rental properties. This proved to be a problem for Jeff Kaller as owning several rental properties was making big holes in his pocket and earnings from such properties was low.

Jeff Kaller started on foreclosures of most of his rental properties. He then became active in buying and selling of properties at later payment dates. This spread concepts of pre-foreclosure. Jeff Kaller’s popular course on real estates-How to Leave Your Job in 90 Days contains many secrets of his pre-foreclosure properties.

Slowly, Jeff Kaller made changes in his business plans and purchased properties in foreclosure to lower his debts and create equities. This helped him earn cash profits through quick sales of properties. Although Jeff Kaller’s system produces results, it is most unpredictable and you cannot maintain steady income. Strategies are ever changing in preforeclosures and you cannot adhere to any particular method for constant success in your endeavors. This is the reason behind irrelevancy of information in Jeff Kaller’s manuals.  

Jeff Kaller’s product is useful only to a certain extent and cannot produce regular and steady income. You cannot predict when and how much of money will you earn. This is therefore best suited to supplement your regular income. Jeff Kaller’s seminars are into deep controversy due to varied reasons. Jeff Kaller does not seem to write any of the teaching materials used in his five-day seminars. Hence, his teachings at seminars and in the materials are contradictory. His seminars prove to be confusing and uninteresting for all. Jeff Kaller also organizes other speakers to talk at his seminars. However, their teachings and speeches also lack in relevant information. Besides, Jeff Kaller’s seminars cost huge amounts and you expect to gain immense knowledge after paying huge sums. These seminars are useless and nothing more than sales programs.
