I.G. Williams is the same as Lone Young Gray. I.G. Williams was a foreclosure guru and the author and promoter of book-Purchasing real estate properties for no cash down and no qualifying. Besides, I.G. Williams also organized seminars popular as Ione Gray Seminars of Los Angeles, CA. However, it is better to stay out of any dealings with I.G. Williams.

I.G. Williams faced conviction charges twice for using a false social security number. She tried to secure more than US$600,000 illegally in federally related mortgages. Therefore, she faced a prison sentence of eighteen months under violation codes of42 USC 408 (a) (7) (b) and18 USC 1014, Felony. (Bar No. 74419 and suspension date- 4-29-97)

Additionally, according to the California Bar Journal, the official publication of the State Bar of California, the Attorney Discipline section published that I.G. Williams a.k.a. Lone Young Gray faced suspension for five years. The court order stayed and placed her on four years of probation with actual suspension period of four years and six months.

The interim suspension of I.G. Williams started on April 29, 1997 and the effect of the order was from Sept. 20, 2001. The main conviction against I.G. Williams was making and presenting false documents knowingly for sanction of loans. Additionally, I.G. Williams also provided, a false name, a false social security number, and quoted wrong figures in her monthly earnings. 

I.G. Williams however accepted court charges against her for three of her clients. She faced suspension for nonpayment of court dues. She appeared in the court thrice for filing complaint and motions besides also requesting continuation of trial dates. Later, I.G. Williams accepted her charges of moral turpitude. She tried to settle her charges by making timely payments towards her loan dues. The bank could therefore, gain back all losses.

The Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission, an agency of the Illinois Supreme Court, also sentenced I.G. Williams for the same charges. I.G. Williams was an attorney with an attorney number-6221592 (File Information: M.R. 18230, 02 RC 1505) with licenses in Illinois (1974) and California (1977).
