Roger is an expert in flipping properties and writes many books and courses in rehabbing Junkers and fast flipping.

H. Roger Neal has several books to his credit like Fast-Flip for Note Creation Workbook 1, Streetwise Investing in Rental Housing: A Detailed Strategy for Financial Independence, Techniques for the Serious Investor: Real Estate Concepts, Strategies, Investment Plans, and Perspectives.

H. Roger Neal provides excellent motivational material through his books and courses. Roger also provides a mentor or trainer to help you implement Roger’s simple techniques and procedures. It is not sufficient to have vast knowledge about real estates; you need to put them into action to realize their utility in real terms and achieve your goals. Roger, at times, provides you with suitable and good deals in your area. You only need to proceed ahead and finalize them. Roger conducts training workshops and oversees training sessions himself.

H. Roger Neal offers a real estate investment course on Internet and provides you with the services of a coach. Coach helps you get going with Roger’s material and helps in wording of contracts and forms. You also receive help in relevant paperwork, funding, subsidy and grant eligibility, taxes, etc. Besides, coach offers his services even after you finalize deal. This gives greater confidence in proceeding ahead with many more real estate dealings.

Some of H. Roger Neal’s clients are terribly dissatisfied with his products. They find Roger’s motivational tapes to be useless, lacking in information. There are many repetitions in his material and CDs. Although Roger advertises money-back guarantee, he does not offer it on all purchases, which he does not specify initially. Most of their phone numbers are wrong ones. Overall, H. Roger Neal’s courses are not too satisfactory or useful.
