Foreclosure Leads is a website claiming to provide you details of various foreclosure real estate properties in nearby places. Foreclosure Leads is a part of Foreclosure World group. It also trades as Foreclosure School and Foreclosure Town. Stacey Wachtel and Bill Steiger own total company-Jordan Publishing Corporation at California.
Jordan Publishing offers database of foreclosing or foreclosed properties with bank contacts at Foreclosure Leads website. You can run a free search to get their listings. This search yields doubtful results. However, if you want to confirm details, you need to become a member of Foreclosure Leads by paying membership fees of three to four hundred dollars, which are nonrefundable. This allows you to run their actual search and know results of such search.
It is best not to pay any such membership fees at Foreclosure Leads, as their information is useless. Most of their results are duplicates of earlier findings and do not offer any fresh summaries. There is no owner’s name, delinquency information, or any mailing address information on most of the properties. Although their free search yields larger results, they are all fake ones as results through membership search reveals only one or two properties.
