Ernest Tew is into real estate investments since 1960. He is a major in real estate from University of Florida. Although Ernest specializes in mobile home parks and asset protection, he keeps himself fully informed of all latest developments in real estate investments and attends a minimum of four seminars yearly. His creative attitude in real estate investing is commendable.

Ernest Tew was the youngest president of Gainesville Board of Realtors in 1965 at Florida. Again, he was among the only seven in his country to receive Academy Certified Exchanger designation from The Academy Network in 1983. Ernest dwells deep into all aspects of real estate investing like acquisition, management, development, and marketing, specializing in large transactions. His creativity was in full display in his purchase of 20-story Founders Tower office building in Oklahoma City. This landmark real estate acquisition and later development brought Ernest widespread recognition in the form of the Academy's highest award-Golden Eagle Award in 1989. Recently, Ernest is diversifying into smaller transactions like manufactured home communities and mini-storage facilities.

Ernest Tew has authored three books-Good Cents, How to Get Rich Helping Others, and How To Protect Your Assets. Good Cents helps you plan your investments and is in simple and concise English. How to Get Rich Helping Others details ways and means of earning wealth by investing in manufactured home communities and manufactured homes. There was a recent revised publication of the book with an enlarged and loose-leaf manual. How to Protect Your Assets is your guidebook to protect your books from excessive taxes, lawsuits, probate, and government seizure.

Ernest Tew does not blow his trumpet and is modest about his storehouse of information regarding mobile home investing, deal making, commercial real estate, asset protection, trusts, etc. Ernest Tew also offers an Investors Toolkit, which is useful for real estate investors.
