Dolf De Roos is a wealthy real estate investor and educator. He was born in and moved around across the world through his education. This is why he has invested in real estate in many regions of the world. Dolf De Roos was pursuing electrical engineering at the University of Canterbury when he realized that he did not want to make a career as an engineer. He was always interested in riches and rich people and wanted to be like them. He began studying them only to realize that either most of them made or held their assets in the form of real estate. Since this time, he started investing in real estate. Dolf De Roos went on to acquiring a PhD in engineering but never took up a job and focused on real estate.

Like any successful investor, Dolf De Roos had his formula for his global success. He has been sharing it with fellow investors and students. He firmly believes in making money through real estate and sells the same idea in his books, seminars, and mentoring programs. Dolf De Roos is the author of five best-selling books. Some of his best-known titles include - Real Estate Riches: How to Become Rich Using Your Banker's Money, The Property Investor's School, and 4-Step Real Estate System. In Property Investor’s School, Dolf De Roos focuses on all the how’s and what’s of real estate. He discusses advanced as well as beginner techniques apart from explaining successful negotiations, purchase, and management. In this informational book, he also talks about asset protection, offshore investments, and tax issues.

Dolf De Roos also runs seminars across countries in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, North America, and Europe. In these seminars, he discusses his real estate techniques and trains real estate agents. He has also designed software that helps analyze and manage investments. De Roos also conducts mentoring sessions and runs a successful real estate firm called Property Ventures Limited. Most people find Dolf De Roos’ teachings useful especially since he has real estate experience in many countries. There are some critics though who feel that Dolf De Roos’ wisdom is just fluff. They feel that he talks of real estate as being easier to profit from than it is and that he makes too many generalizations, which is harmful in a line of business like real estate. What no one denies is that Dolf De Roos has an ability to simplify real estate. He does away with jargon to make his writing comprehensible.
