Bill Vaughn is an expert in the real investment business. He has the credit of signing on many profitable deals. He has accumulated big wealth through his innovative techniques and strategies. He is an author of the popular book The Simple Man’s Guide to Real Estate. Bill Vaughn has helped many people through his advices and mentoring. His father began his career in the real estate business in 1917 and the baton was passed to Bill Vaughn in 1969. Earlier in his career, Bill Vaughn was very inhibitory about his career as a real estate agent as he doubted he would be able to meet the stature of his father. However, he eventually realized that real estate was only one of the fields where he could easily prove his potential.

Bill Vaughn has now retired from his work of buying and selling properties. However, he remains in the business through giving his expertise knowledge to others who want to start the business of their own. In 1989, he penned down his knowledge in the book Simple Man’s Guide to Real Estate and even today, it is one of the most educative books for anyone who wants to make a stellar performance in the real estate business. Unlike other authors, he does not advocate the use of one formula that could be applied to all the cases. Instead, he recognizes the uniqueness of every situation and advocates the idea that every situation needs to be handled individually to make profits. 

Bill Vaughn’s works on not-for-profit motive and is therefore much helpful than other books that are floating in the market. The additional advantages of his course are it has no add-ons and therefore there is no other cost to be spent at the later stage. He provides mentoring free. However, he does not provide free mentoring to all it is restricted to only 25 % of the people.
