Bill “Tycoon” Greene was a great hit as a real estate guru in the seventies. He authored a famous book- Two Years for Freedom. He appeared on Dinah Shore Show many a time. Bill’s book had few positive points. His book was philosophical. Bill asks you to talk to as many as hundred realtors and mortgage brokers in your area Thereafter you analyze the deal. Bill advises that after conducting so many deals, you become an expert and can make an offer to any house in the vicinity. Although it does sound unrealistic, Bill’s formula has worked wonders for some persons interested in real estate investing.

Some real estate investors started on their individual home rental business based on Bill’s guidelines in his books - Two Years for Freedom and Think like a Tycoon. They set their real estate business without any prior knowledge or experience in real estate investing. They have now been able to form a positive cash flow by following his tax strategies. Bill advocates that most tax laws have been for a longtime. You need to know full intricacies of these laws to be able to implement them profitably. You can make full use of tax laws if you own your business.

Bill Tycoon Greene stresses that you can make profitable purchases of real estates even if you have little or no money at all. His books are full of systematic plans to find suitable properties, build up a perfect relationship with bank, and then negotiate deals thoroughly. Bill forewarns you of various strict government regulations.

Bill was guilty of tax evasion and imprisoned. Bill however, made his escape from prison while on emergency leave to visit relative. Bill is presently somewhere in under the name of Dr. William G. Hill. Dr. Hill is also author of many books and his writing is identical with that of Bill. Those who came across Dr. Hill’s books vouch for its similarity to Bill’s style of writing. However, even Dr. Hill’s publishers are unable to provide his address.
