Bill Steiger is the publisher of Foreclosure World. Foreclosure World is a database of all the foreclosed homes in a particular area. It lists details of all such properties in all states of . Foreclosure World is the major reseller of the ebook titled Real Estate Uncovered from Real Estate Fortunes.com. They have tie-ups with many other real estate sites. The site has a network with many banks, mortgage and insurance companies for the foreclosures properties. The purpose of the site is to offer a cost-effective alternative to owning property, right from residences to commercial properties.

Bill Steiger has an ever-increasing army of critics. Everybody criticizes the pressure tactics employed by the site Foreclosure World that forces people to enroll for a program. People complaint that the list of properties provided is inaccurate. Often, no owner names or addresses are provided for further correspondence. Many properties are listed more than once. There is no date of notice or delinquency information. There is no manager in charge of bank contacts who can be approached for help.

The list of grievances is endless. Many people have been purposely charged for the same course twice and the fees have not been refunded. The company makes it a policy not to respond to persistent e-mails by unsatisfied subscribers. In extreme cases, disgruntled subscribers have canceled their bank accounts and credit cards because of the illegal practices followed by this site. Another despicable practice that the site follows is to bombard a subscriber with e-mails. They continue to charge a subscriber’s credit card wrongly using different site names for different courses. Due to these fraudulent malpractices, many disgruntled subscribers have lodged complaints against Foreclosure World in the local courts as well as with the Better Business Bureau of their state.

Bill Steiger must stop harassing people who are not interested in subscribing to his magazine. Bill Steiger should immediately take remedial steps to refund dissatisfied customers.  To continue in business he must undertake a corrective image building exercise on a war footing to improve his brand equity, which has come to be associated with fraud.
