He is an acclaimed and revered name in the business of buying and selling properties and the techniques and strategies promoted by him are widely adopted by the investors. He has started business in 1990 and claimed to have completed around 700 deals since then. Besides this he is a successful entrepreneur, attorney, speaker and author.

Bill Bronchick has authored many books and courses. Some of his famous books are Flipping Properties, Wealth Protection Secrets of a Millionaire Real Estate Investor and Financing Secrets of a Millionaire Real Estate Investor. They come at the price range of $20 and the amount is worth to spend for anyone who wants to start the business and lacks the basic knowledge. However, the book is good for experienced investors also to hone their investment skills. He is the president and co-founder of the Colorado Association of Real Estate Investors. He is also the CEO of Legalwiz Publications and a main stockholder in Bronchick Consulting Group. He also comes on various radio and television shows like CNBC Power Lunch.

However, there are many other sides of his programs too. The video offered by him is complaint to be of poor quality. Besides, if any complain is registered for the mentoring program you are cajoled so much that the decision of buying the program is later regretted. Another problem that many have encountered after joining him is of junk e-mails.
