Albert Brown, nicknamed ‘Al’ has three decades of experience as a real estate investor and adviser. His counseling sessions on retirement planning and real estate investment are strictly on a one-to-one basis. Albert Brown works from his office in Southern California.

As a prominent speaker, Albert Brown has spoken on investment strategies at the National Superstar Tour and at meetings of Board of Realtors in Southern California.

Albert Brown’s real estate investment courses include “Becoming an Eagle - Foundation course for success for real estate investors”, “Creative Real Estate 2000”, “Counseling & the Art of Using Partners” and “De-Financing, the Art of Moving Paper Around”. He also writes articles for Creative Real Estate Magazine.

Albert Brown specializes in creative seller financing, contracts, AITD, lease options, wraps, partnerships & equity sharing, wealth generation methods, trust deed investing, and in developing into an “Eagle” (self-development, time management and goal setting skills, etc.)

Albert Brown and his partners claim to have purchased around $15 million worth of real estate. He declares that his methods will enable clients to purchase properties with fewer assets and trade for larger properties thereby adjourning all taxes.

All this sounds like regular teaching stuff of real estate gurus, but there is a slight catch here. Albert Brown’s courses are not sold to but are freely available online. He indirectly works as an agent and gives free advice to investors who make deals through his associates.

He recommends his clients to buy a fourplex with a 20% down payment and get an annual net income of $10,000 to $15,000. They then retain the fourplex for 2-3 years and then exchange it for two fourplexes with no extra down payment or taxes.  Albert Brown earns a commission from real estate sellers when his customers buy from them.

Ironically, to be eligible for this, you need to be already having great credit and an annual taxable income $60,000. In addition, it makes one wonder about the partiality of Albert Brown’s advice in buying his recommended properties.
