Prostep is a MLM network marketing company. It can be of great use to those willing to become full-time network marketers. It offers an effective concept of lead generation, training and support for modern network marketers. It provides a compensation plan to the members and claims to offer 100 pre-qualified prospects each month to them.
Each month, Prostep collects around 1 million MLM leads. They reject about 200,000 (20%) of these during the filtering process. About 800,000 leads finally make it to their list.
After joining Prostep, you can earn a one-time quick start bonus of $65 for each new member you enroll. You get a monthly commission of $35 for each active member on your first level. You can have any number of members in this level. Then you can make $10 monthly on the second level and $20 on the third level.
However, the most alluring feature in Prostep is the infinity override bonus. Just enroll 10 active members and as executive consultant, you can make a $2 override bonus on each member on and below the fourth level - to infinity. As a master consultant, you can earn a $5 override bonus on each member on and below the fourth level by enrolling 25 active members. Besides, you also get a $3 override bonus for each executive consultant on and below the fourth level.
Prostep offers comprehensive training support to its members. It organizes live training and coaching Monday to Friday. It also has hours of streaming audio for the members. It boosts of some of the best trainers in the industry. They include - Frank Garon, Gary Cox, Ty Hoffer, Jeffrey Combs, Lisa Kitter, Todd Falcone and Teresa Romain. Their training covers all areas of the business from building up Prostep Business to how to make the most of their tools.
Like all other companies, Prostep is also not perfect. It cannot do away with all bad leads all the times. However, they have always tried to develop and apply new methods to gather and filter MLM leads.
