Based in Conway, Arkansas, Formor was established in 1996. The company’s product line includes various products like Homecare, cosmetics and nutrition supplements. Any person can start up as a distributor of the product by spending a nominal amount of $100. What you get in return is a product worth $70 and a distributor kit worth $30.
Nutritional Supplements offered by Formor - The dietary supplements offered are Shark Cartilage Concentrate, Herbal weight loss products, powerful antioxidants, multi-enzyme complex, royal trace colloidal silver, and the extremely exclusive EZ-Quit, which is a 10-day quit smoking program. These products are meant for specific purposes like weight control, skin care, nutritional values and home care.
Those who are skeptic about the product values can get in touch with the experts of Formor. These experts undertake various conference calls for the benefit of the customers and distributors. They help add on to their knowledge how the products are to be used for people of different age groups, and in what quantity. This program is termed as Symphony Of Success, which is a 90-day mentoring program for those who are seriously wanting to know about it.
However, FTC has released documents that state that Formor has made false claims for healing diseases through their products. For instance, the company claims that St. John’s Kava is useful in treatment of HIV/AIDS, syphilis, tuberculosis, whooping cough, hysteria, dysentery and hypochondria, which is allegedly not true.
The FTC has required of Formor to disclose in advertisement of its products giving appropriate warning that they are harmful in certain cases, which has not been done so far. The company officials have countered the argument stating that there are only minor side effects in their products for people who are allergic to certain products and there are no other serious implications whatsoever.
