OnlyCritiques.com Review:

Brain Garden is a subsidiary of Whole Living, Inc. founded by Don Tolman in 1997. Being a part of the network marketing industry it deals in whole-foods nutrition. Brain Garden deals in various eatables and personal care products including essential oil learning and wellness items. Pulse, a snack food made from dried fruits, nuts, seeds and grains is the original core product of the company.

The company to meet the ever-increasing demand for its products has recently opened an in-house manufacturing facility. Primary nutrition depends on whole food and this is what the company cares the most about it. It cannot be denied that the company was formed initially for the whole food product.

Talking about Pulse, the product is made from non-processed, non-synthetic, cent-percent whole food free from addiction. Pulse is prepared using as many as 24 whole food ingredients that are used in a perfect combination. Dieticians suggest a balanced diet constituting of seven necessary dietary fibers that are a basic need for a healthy body.

Critics however, have a different opinion regarding the company’s marketing strategies. According to them Brain Garden has created a fear in the minds of people that they are more deficient than normal. A reduction in the fast food diet and a nominal increase in the fruit intake is more than enough for the body.

The company has been segregating nutrition into primary, secondary and empty nutrition. Empty nutrition consists of fast-food and soft drinks. Secondary nutrition consists of vitamins and essential minerals taken in the form of pills. They are paying attention more than is necessary on secondary and empty nutrition, while neglecting the primary nutrition that is fresh fruits and vegetables. Critics say that it is not that tough to include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.
