Rawney C. McVaney is founder and CEO of Capital Advisory Network or CAN Systems. Although Rawney C. McVaney has devised various strategies of Capital Advisory Network, it is all a scam. Rawney has been devising various fraudulent schemes to deceive public.
One of Rawney’s scams is to raise money for charitable purposes. However, such money never reaches the less fortunate. Rather, Rawney and his associates make good use of such money. Sometimes, they donate a modest amount of around ten percent of the total charity to show their legitimacy to law enforcement authorities.
Similarly, Rawney is into various other defrauding schemes. He contacts people with poor or no credit and promises to obtain them credit in return for a fee. However, Rawney makes good with the fee and the credit card applicant never receives any credit card. He just has few brochures and flyers with him now. Besides, applicant loses his fee money too.
Rawney has an equal hand in cross-country telemarketing schemes. He promises lottery schemes, loan schemes, and other prizes for customers in another country. However, promises are in vain and you lose your deposit money.
Organizing such cross-country schemes helps Rawney avoid the law in his country. People of another country hardly make any complaint and even if they make, it is not easy to pinpoint and locate the person.
